Even though the instructions were very clear and the teacher showcases proper alignment, the way this is shot defeats the purpose. As the demonstration progresses, the fact that the upper body is not shown *at all* means that the instruction on arabesque is not merely pointless, but potentially dangerous. I know the Dancing Channel is capable of better.
